This course is designed to provide juvenile participants with the necessary tools and skills to effectively manage their anger while fostering leadership qualities. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and group discussions, participants will explore the roots of their anger, learn strategies for emotional regulation, and develop leadership skills essential for personal and social success.

1. Understanding Anger: Exploring the psychological and physiological aspects of anger, recognizing triggers, and understanding the consequences of unmanaged anger.
2.Anger Management Techniques: Learning a variety of techniques such as deep breathing, relaxation exercises, and cognitive restructuring to effectively manage and control anger responses.
3. Communication Skills: Enhancing communication skills to express emotions constructively, resolve conflicts, and build positive relationships.
4. Stress Management: Identifying stressors and learning stress management techniques to prevent anger escalation.
5. Leadership Development: Cultivating leadership qualities such as self-awareness, empathy, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills through interactive activities and role-playing scenarios.
